When I drove up on the scene, I noticed two unmarked vehicles at the intersection, with tinted windows and a few assault rifles lying in front of the driveway. As I got closer l turned off my car engine and laid low for a few minutes. Then I hopped out and took cover behind my vehicle. I then grabbed my binoculars and began looking around to make sure the coast was clear. I noticed one of the unmarked vehicles had two assault rifles sticking out of the back window, so I identified myself. I said, "My name is Detective Yates from the 14th precinct. Lay your weapons on the ground."
