During a canoe trip on the Danube, two men are forced to stop on an island due to the current. What was supposed to be a peaceful temporary camping experience turns into a disturbing and supernatural ordeal: the willows covering the island seem to move and whisper in the wind, giving the impression of being alive; the presence of hostile and terrifying invisible entities is perceived, casting doubt on every capacity for rational thought.

Durante un viaggio in canoa sul Danubio, due uomini sono costretti a fermarsi su un'isola a causa della corrente. Quello che doveva essere un tranquillo campeggio temporaneo si trasforma in un'esperienza inquietante e soprannaturale: i salici che ricoprono l'isola sembrano muoversi e bisbigliare, al soffio del vento, dando l'impressione di essere vivi; si percepisce la presenza di entità ostili invisibili e spaventose, che mettono in dubbio ogni capacità di raziocinio.
