Ideally, my attention would always be in the present moment and I'm not quite there yet. As a step forward, I want to focus on things day-by-day. If I have something wonderful happen every day as a result of being in the present moment, adding all those days up will make a fantastically great life. And so that's what I'm gonna focus on. I plan on embracing the concept that if I just have one wonderful experience of being present each day. Ill have a fabulous life and that really is exciting for me.

The more we accept, what's true, the more we can consciously create. What we want are the manifestation of ideas that have emotions tied to them that we want more of. Those emotions include love, joy, peace well-being happiness, creativity, vitality energy, and more.
