  • Badmòmzjay hat mit ihren 20-Jahren bereits eine neue Revolution im Deutschrap gestartet. Mit 15 begann sie auf Instagram Selfievideos hochzuladen, in denen sie ihre Rapskills zeigte und ihre Karriere hob quasi direkt ab. Heute zählt sie zu den meistgestreamten Rapper:innen des Landes, zierte als erste das Vogue Cover und baut gerade ihre eigene Kosmetiklinie auf. Im Podcast erzählt sie von ihrem raketenhaften Aufstieg, der vermutlich so selfmade stattfand wie bei kaum einer/m anderen Artist und welchem Teil von ihr Rap eine Stimme verliehen hat. Außerdem diskutieren wir, welche Chancen die Digitalisierung der Musikindustrie für junge Artists birgt – aber auch welche Fallen, vor allem für Frauen, die erfahrungsgemäß wenig Schutzraum im Internet erfahren.
