  • 今回、ズミさんが訪れたのは浜松城北工業高校。
    3年の佐々木悠斗さんが取り組んでいる「体操」について伺いました。

    昨年のインターハイ、得意種目のあん馬で入賞を果たした佐々木さん。1・2年生の頃は緊張でうまく演技ができたなったそうですが、3年生で念願の入賞。「思いっきりやる」というのが好成績につながり、自信になったとのこと。
    お話を伺った後には、トレーニングを実践してもらいました。

    そのほか、息抜きで楽しみにしていることについてもお話を伺いました。
