  • Greg Lawson has spent much of his adult life exploring strange places. From the first Russian colony in Three Saints Bay, Alaska to the pyramids of Egypt, he has explored paranormal hot spots in over 40 countries. He is a career law enforcement officer with over 30-years of experience and currently serves as a patrol lieutenant. Previously he has worked as a hostage negotiator, SWAT officer, mental health investigator, academy instructor and as a sex crimes and homicide detective. Greg is also a 10-year military veteran and has served as a paratrooper with the Army's 82nd Airborne Division, as a Navy Operations Specialist onboard USS Nimitz, and as a Range Master with the US Air Force. He is a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). Greg has a master’s degree in education from Texas State University where he studied Complex Adaptive Human Systems (CAHS). He also specializes in investigative procedures and teaches these skills to Texas law enforcement officers and paranormal investigators. He is an international lecturer and the author of seven books, three addressing the paranormal: How to Be a Paranormal Detective, Diaries of a Paranormalist, and his latest book is: Roswell: The After-Action Report.
