Women in Security Risk Management - Lisa Oliveri, Min Kyriannis and Elisa Mula

  • Summary

  • As we close out Women’s History Month, It's Under Control is highlighting the views and perspectives of women in the field of security management.  Jake Allen is joined in the studio by Isobel Haynes from Riley Risk Inc. to discuss 3 interviews that Jake had with Min Kyriannis, Lisa Oliveri, CPP, PCI, and Elisa Mula; three pioneering women with different professional backgrounds who offer varying perspectives.  Throughout all three interviews, similar themes were continuously brought up, and these core themes were the basis of Isobel and Jake’s conversation. In this episode, the panel discusses challenges and biases that are experienced by women in the industry, but also solutions and opportunities for growth that lie in the near future.
