She has focussed on her career since the age of 21, working for various large UK companies & industries. Steph (35) now has 2 children & is so passionate about being a mother & everything that comes with it. The sleepless nights, breastfeeding, child health, encouraging kindness & education. Kristie & Steph share experiences with abuse, people with NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder), mental health, relationships, nostalgia, female friendships, health, money & everything women over 30 deal with on a regular basis.
