  • Veruit de meeste passagiers reisden in de derde klasse aan boord van de RMS Titanic. Een groot deel van de passagiers in de derde klasse waren Britse en Ierse immigranten, op zoek naar een beter leven in de Verenigde Staten. Helaas overleefde het overgrote deel van deze klasse de ramp niet. Aan de hand van passagiers schetsen journalist Tom Veldhuijzen en historicus Jeroen Post een beeld van 'steerage'. En, aan boord waren ook drie Nederlanders. Hoe verging het hen?
