    About the Host - Jake Siudzinski, MBA

    Jake is the Director of Client Relations for The QTI Group and has been with the organization for over 7 years.  With over 15 years of experience in the HR industry, Jake is motivated by delivering exceptional results with a consultative focus on customer partnerships. He enjoys developing relationships with organizations to help them with their human resources and talent acquisition needs.  

    Jake holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has earned his MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business. He was also named in In-Business’ “40 under 40” list.

    Jake is very active in the community including acting as an Ambassador for the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and Metro Milwaukee SHRM.  He is also a Past President of the Greater Madison area SHRM chapter, Leadership Greater Madison participant, and was a patient volunteer and committee member for the Care for All Campaign at Agrace HospiceCare.
