A growth mindset is the belief that your abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work— rather than believing that you are either born with certain talents or not. This mindset allows us creatives to take on challenges and learn from our mistakes.

People with a growth mindset believe they can improve their abilities by practicing, even if they aren’t naturally talented in a certain area. They might not know exactly how they’re going to do so, but they believe that they can get better at something with enough effort and time.
