David Wheatley is a Principal and Chief Question Asker at Humanergy. He works with leaders who are engaged in transitions to new roles, new scope or improved results. A facilitator, trainer and coach, he has worked for twenty years with government, manufacturing, healthcare, law enforcement, technology and financial institutions. To challenge their thinking and push them ahead, David asks clients the right questions at the right time. He supports organizations through strategic planning and helps them overcome roadblocks using a framework of values-based commitment and stakeholder mapping. Originally from Leeds, England, David is a former Scotland Yard police officer. He is a graduate of Hendon Police Academy in London and is a Senior Fellow at the University of Maryland’s School of Public Policy.
