In the original first episode of "Theologically Speaking," Fr. Ian Elliot Davies and Kyle Leon Henderson introduce themselves and discuss how their unique experiences led them to the Episcopal Church, and to this podcast. The hosts talk about what the listeners can expect from the episodes in this first season, and they discuss their goals with this show.

Fr. Ian Elliot Davies comes from Wales and Kyle Leon Henderson comes from Alabama. Fr. Davies is an ordained priest and the rector of St. Thomas the Apostle, Hollywood; an Episcopal parish in the Anglo-Catholic tradition. Kyle is an actor, podcast host, writer, and comedian with an irreverent approach to life, and conversations. This unlikely duo come together to help answer some of the big, and small, questions that people may have about Christianity, and the Episcopal Church, specifically. When it comes to the Episcopal Church, above all else, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, all are welcome.
