    Bio: Heather Alexandar is the Founder of Cosmic Soulchemy and has been teaching yoga since 2018. She holds an E-RYT 200 certification and will graduate with her RYT 300 Teacher Training at the end summer of 2024. In 2022, she completed SUP (Stand-Up Paddle Boarding) Yoga teacher training and has been teaching SUP Yoga and exploring the lakes in Denver since then.

    She also became YACEP registered with the Yoga Alliance that same year and currently leads workshops for continuing education for yoga teachers in Denver Metro and surrounding areas of Colorado. She is also a professional Vedic astrologer & host of the Heather Namaste Podcast.

    When Heather isn’t teaching yoga or leading community events, she enjoys water sports, hiking with her pup Marley, & studying the stars.
