    堀江 麗（ホリエ・レイ）

    HOLON GIN代表。

    1992年生まれ。Google Japanに勤務の後、クラフトジン「HOLON」を立ち上げる。その後植物の探究・表現をするコレクティブ「VERDE」、アイスクリームを通して植物を知る「erb」を設立。クラフトジンをはじめとする飲料や嗜好品の企画プロデュースを続けながら植物にまつわる様々な領域を探求する。
