Unbreakable Spirit: A Healing Journey

By: Magdalena Joseph
  • Summary

  • Hello, I am your host Magdalena. I have been living with chronic pain for decades, since I was 11 years old. In 2019 I was given a diagnosis of Sjogren’s, an autoimmune disease. At that moment I felt so lost and alone with no clue what to do next. But at the same time it sparked a newfound strength & determination to find ways to heal & live my best life regardless of any diagnosis. I am not a medical professional, so I will not offer any medical advice. I am simply sharing MY healing journey with YOU because you are not alone.
