Viene ferito in un attentato organizzato dalle Squadre Armate Proletarie. A seguirlo in ospedale è Ezio Mauro che raccoglierà la testimonianza dell’elettricista. Ma che fine farà Coda? Il processo a Giorgio Coda ha smosso le coscienze e l’opinione pubblica spinge per trovare una soluzione al problema dei manicomi italiani, decidendo per la chiusura definitiva degli stessi con la promulgazione della Legge Basaglia nel 1978. Ma oggi com'è la situazione? Si rischia davvero la riapertura dei manicomi?
