About me -- your host, Dr. Kristen Albert:

Clients who choose me to be their coach, want to amplify their leadership capabilities, boost their confidence, and lead authentically from the core of who they are. They are ready to learn that no matter how natural a leader you may be, the secret to being an exceptional leader lies in intentionality.

As a leadership coach, I know unequivocally (and supported by research) the leadership characteristics that are positively correlated to leadership effectiveness, AND negatively correlated to leadership effectiveness. Most critically important is that I am skilled at helping individuals to not only identify the characteristics that are holding them back, but coaching them to reduce the negatively correlated characteristics while focusing intentionally on growing the skills that will create positive leadership impact.

As a woman, I know the barriers that women face, and that with my experience, my leadership expertise and my skill-set, I know I am meant to serve and support women leaders. I am an unapologetic feminist, and I believe that we women can change the world with our leadership.

Simply put, your development as an exemplary leader is simply too valuable a resource to be left to chance.

If you're ready to see beyond obstacles, push boundaries, and get things done, contact me for a conversation for possibilities.
