Nurse's Aide Charged W/ Sex Crimes Involving Memory Care Patients | FULL Police Interrogation A former nurse's aide who pleaded guilty to sex crimes involving memory care patients was sentenced to three years in prison on Tuesday. Godbless Uwadiegwu, 59, of Middletown, pleaded guilty to two counts of gross sexual imposition. He sexually assaulted two women at two different facilities in Warren County. Judge Don Oda sentenced Uwadiegwu to the maximum prison sentence, 18 months on each conviction for a total of three years. Victims and their families didn't attend the sentencing hearing due to airline and COVID-19 issues, but a livestream was available for them to watch it remotely. In addition, victim advocate Erika Bourelle read letters on behalf of the victims and their families. One letter was written by one of the victims herself. "Some people may not remember, but I do. This happened on his first day in my building. I needed assistance after using the restroom and he came in to help me wipe," she wrote. The victim described how Uwadiegwu sexually assaulted her. "I said, 'Hey, what are you doing?' And he was very shocked and said, 'Oh, I'm sorry. That was an accident,'" the victim wrote. "He takes advantage of people who can't defend themselves, and I think he needs to go to prison for as long as possible." Bourelle read another letter written by the second victim's son. His mother suffers from Alzheimer's and dementia "It is obvious what a sad, pathetic person you are. What kind of monster preys on defenseless women?" he wrote. "Thanks to this terrible disease, there is less and less of my mother, but she has moments of clarity, times when mom is back. Her eyes are clear and she is exactly how I remember her. We live for those moments. Unfortunately, when it comes to the sexual assault, my mother remembers." He said Uwadiegwu used to bring his mother gifts and candy to gain her trust. Instead, he betrayed it. "My mother doesn't remember much these days, but she remembers you and what you do did. So, she is left with shame and fear. That is the impact on my mother," he wrote. On Tuesday, Uwadiegwu spoke for the first time publicly. He didn't admit to any wrongdoing. He said he was just doing his job. "I have been a missionary. I lived in a church, and I have been working to help people in this field," Uwadiegwu said. "As a caregiver, I put empathy in my work in helping people." Uwadiegwu said the job of a caregiver is a very serious job and sometimes he had to clean patients. "I really apologize if there was any way to think I have done anything I shouldn't do," Uwadiegwu said. "It never came across my mind at any time. Please believe me." Uwadiegwu faces similar charges in Butler County.

  • RACIST, ANGRY, VIOLENT Police Interrogation of Wife Killer Clifford Burns
    Jan 8 2025
RACIST, ANGRY, VIOLENT Police Interrogation of Wife Killer Clifford Burns WARNING: AUDIO CONTAINS EXTREMELY GRAPHIC, AS WELL AS RACIST, LANGUAGE AND DESCRIPTIONS. SOME VIEWERS MAY FIND THIS MATERIAL DISTURBING AND UNSUITABLE FOR CHILDREN. Warren County Sheriff's deputies question Clifford Burns on the night he is alleged to have fatally stabbed his wife, Patricia Burns. As Patricia Burns heaved her ham out of the freezer, she was looking forward to a quiet Christmas. It was December 22, 2013, and Patricia, 42, was spending the festive season at home with her daughters, Megan, 22, Harley, 16, and Autumn, 14. The family had been through so much. Patricia’s marriage to Clifford Burns, who was dad to Harley and Autumn, had been rocky. The couple met when Patricia was working at a Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through. Clifford had pulled up and decided there was something he fancied more than a doughnut. So he asked Patricia for her number. At first he’d seemed like a great catch – he had his own business, was a keen fisherman, and doted on Megan, her little sister Christalin and brother, Nick. But after their ’97 wedding, Clifford became violent. His traumatic past was often cited as the reason behind his abuse – he’d witnessed his father’s violence towards his mother. So Patricia gave him the benefit of the doubt, taking him back time and time again. Together they had their two girls, Harley and Autumn. She moved into a new apartment with the kids and began working as a nurse at a hospice, and also got a five-year restraining order against Clifford. Patricia began another relationship. But this new man also had a temper and was slapped with a restraining order after assaulting her, firing a gun into the ceiling and then having a standoff with police. Now, all Patricia wanted was a peaceful Christmas. Autumn texted her dad to wish him Merry Christmas, even though he’d not been in touch for eight months. His reply, which came as Patricia was defrosting the ham, was chilling. I have a special gift coming soon, something for everyone to talk about, and it will be hand-delivered on foot, not by car, it read. Autumn interpreted the message as a threat. Harley and Megan agreed, so they showed the text to their mum. 'Is he going to come here and kill us?' ‘Is he going to come here and kill us?’ Megan asked. But Patricia wasn’t concerned. ‘No Megan, he’s mean, he’s evil, but he’s not that evil,’ she said. Despite her mum’s lack of concern, Autumn tapped back a reply. Get it together, I know what you think you want to do, and believe me that won’t end well, she wrote in the message. The only reason you feel so bad is because of what happened between your parents. Christmas Eve Two days later, on Christmas Eve, Harley went to do some last-minute shopping. Patricia, Megan and Autumn remained at home, preparing Christmas dinner in the kitchen. This time, Patricia was preparing a turkey. Then there was a knock at the door. On the other side of it was a masked man in army fatigues. He was carrying a large hunting knife. The man grabbed Patricia and held her against the wall. Then he plunged the knife into her stomach. 'Megan ran over, grabbing the man and pulling his mask off.' Megan ran over, grabbing the man and pulling his mask off. It was Clifford. ‘Call the cops!’ Megan screamed to Autumn, who was frozen in terror. Clifford continued to stab their mum, before turning the knife on Megan, slashing her arm. Patricia, bleeding profusely, pleaded with her ex to stop. As Autumn called an ambulance, Megan ran out of the house, but her stepdad followed her. Approaching her, he ran off when diners at a restaurant nearby came out. Paramedics arrived, rushing them to the hospital – but Patricia didn’t make it.

    Jan 2 2025
Serial Killer Michael Gargiulo (Hollywood Ripper) Documentary - Ashton Kutcher Girlfriend Serial Killer Michael Gargiulo Hollywood Ripper Documentary Ashton Kutcher Girlfriend Michael Thomas Gargiulo (born February 15, 1976)[1] is a convicted American serial killer[3] and rapist. He moved to Southern California in the 1990s and gained the nickname The Hollywood Ripper. He was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and sentenced to death on July 16, 2021 Description of crimes Gargiulo is a native of Glenview, Illinois, where he may have stabbed his neighbor, 18-year-old Tricia Pacaccio, to death on her backdoor step. Her body was found by her father the next morning on August 14, 1993.[5][6] Gargiulo moved to Los Angeles in 1998, allegedly to escape the scrutiny of police in Illinois,[7] and committed two murders and an attempted murder in Southern California between 2001 and 2008. On February 21, 2001, he stabbed 22-year-old Ashley Ellerin 47 times to death in her home in Hollywood. Ellerin's injuries included a neck wound that nearly severed her head, and deep punctures to the chest, stomach, and back. Some of her wounds were up to six inches deep.[8] According to detective Tom Small, one stab wound "actually penetrated the skull and took out a chunk of skull like a puzzle piece."[8] On the night she was murdered, Ellerin had planned a date including dinner and drinks with actor Ashton Kutcher.[9] On December 1, 2005, Gargiulo stabbed 32-year-old Maria Bruno, his neighbor, to death at her home in El Monte, California.[10] She was stabbed 17 times.[8] Gargiulo attempted to murder another neighbor, 26-year-old Michelle Murphy, in her home in Santa Monica on April 28, 2008.[11] She fought off the attack, and blood matching Gargiulo's DNA was found at the scene.[12] Arrest and prosecution Gargiulo was arrested by the Santa Monica Police Department on June 6, 2008. On July 7, 2011, the Cook County State's Attorney charged Gargiulo with the first-degree murder of Tricia Pacaccio.[13] Although Gargiulo was charged in the two California murders as well as the Pacaccio murder in Illinois, police did not link him to any other murders.[5] Gargiulo allegedly told authorities in the Los Angeles County Jail that just because 10 women were killed — and his DNA was present — does not mean he murdered anyone, leading investigators to believe that there are more victims.[5] Media in Los Angeles dubbed Gargiulo the "Hollywood Ripper" as well as the "Chiller Killer."[13][14] Gargiulo was held at Los Angeles County Jail while awaiting a capital murder trial.[15] A pre-trial hearing was held on June 9, 2017, in Los Angeles Superior Court with his trial scheduled to begin in October 2017.[16] After delays, his trial began on May 2, 2019.[9][17] In May 2019, actor Ashton Kutcher testified about the crimes Serial Killer Michael Gargiulo Hollywood Ripper Documentary Ashton Kutcher Girlfriend True Crime Podcast 2025 Police Interrogations, 911 Calls True Police Stories Podcast

ANNOYING 20-Year-Old Girl Becomes Uncooperative After DWI Arrest a MUST listen! Around 1:42 AM on November 5, 2021, officers from the Vernon Township Police Department were dispatched to the site of a possible disturbance on Steamboat Drive. When Police arrived, they noticed 20-year-old Gabriella Colon sitting in a locked 2011 BMW. Her boyfriend informed Patrolman Adam Kraus that Gabriella had been drinking, while she defied the officers’ instructions and threatened to drive away. Patrolman Mangano and Patrolman Rembish also arrived on scene. As a result of her behavior, officers had to threaten to break the window of her vehicle before she finally exited the BMW. While they suspected that Gabriella was intoxicated, they declined to perform field sobriety test because of possible safety concerns. Based on her uncooperative behavior and standard indicators of impairment, Gabriella was arrested for driving under the influence. She was transported to Vernon Township Police HQ, where she continued to act belligerent and uncooperative. She had to be physically restrained and she even attempted to game the breathalyzer test repeatedly. After Gabriella was processed and fingerprinted at police HQ, she was released to her boyfriend after he signed the Potential Liability Warning form on her behalf. She was issued the following summonses: Operating under the influence, reckless driving, refusal to submit to chemical test, and obstructing the administration of law.
