Toll Brothers Brookmeade from a Buyer’s Perspective

  • Summary

  • I started the Atlanta Real Estate Podcast to highlight Atlanta, the lifestyle, the amazing homes, communities, and the exceptional Atlanta real estate agents and industry experts who make it all happen - so whether you are buying or selling, you can make better decisions about where to live and which agent is right for you.

As an appraiser, my career affords me the opportunity to see all kinds of residential real estate. I am continually learning about new areas, trends, and new home developments I want to share with you.

This week, I am introducing my wife Shelly Miller on the podcast. Having spent the last year looking for just the right house for our ever changing needs, she has seen a lot of real estate as well. I think her perspective, as a buyer, is one that I believe a lot of our viewers have and would like to hear about.

We also discuss our tour of the model home in the new home community from Toll Brothers, Brookmeade, in Cumming, Georgia. We show video from the tour and point out the features and appeal.

If you are thinking about buying a home in Brookmeade you better act now. We were told at the filming of this video that there is currently a waitlist.

If you would like to be a guest on the show, have a home you would like us to walk through, or have another idea for our show, please contact me.
