In a world where we're not really entirely able to answer the question "What is a woman?", it's that more confusing to define what an empowered woman would look like...

And, if we can't define it, it must breed so much confusion about how an empowered woman would conduct herself, look like, or navigate the world as a whole.

Add business to the equation, especially industries largely dominated by men, and you're bound to have a mixture of caricatures, or radicalized stances, where women - instead of using their feminine power - turn to trying to become men and failing in the process.

Not to mention, that despite being offered a place at the table a long while back, we can still hear sentiments (of women) of not having the opportunities offered and general confusion about the rules that the table requires.

But then there are women who know the secrets to not only survive but thrive in a male-dominated world, holding positions of power, and being excellent leaders, and we've sat down with one of them to spill the secrets to us entrepreneurs.
