This week I had the honor of interviewing Mark Caffiers, Director of Property Inspections with DS Murphy Inspections. Mark is an industry veteran and shares a lot of useful and interesting information about home inspections, home maintenance, and radon testing.

Mark also spoke about water management, rated the different forms of exterior siding, shared the best way to protect your home if you are on a crawl space, explained the different forms of radon tests and pointed out the best one to use.
