    Welcome to another episode of the Triathlon Mental Performance Podcast.

    In this episode, I talk about how to prevent panic in open water.

    This is one of the most common challenges that Age Groupers experience and I'm known for taking you as athletes through a short program to prevent this.

    I've taken athletes through a 3 call program to completely prevent this from happening.
