The Tasha Code

By: LaTasha Abraham
  • Summary

  • Tasha Code is my personal guide and journey to liberated vision through mindset changes and breaking through cultural conditioning. We’re getting raw + real on this podcast as it’s my personal code for enjoying my best life, even if it goes against the way I’ve been conditioned to think (and spoiler: it does). We’re going to cover alllllll the self-things: self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-love, and self-care. We’ll back it up to my time as a solo traveler and how that helped me break cultural conditioning. I’ll share gems that I’ve learned as a professional counselor, as well as a mindset and sensuality coach. I’ll bring along my community of fantastic people to share their challenges and how they stepped into their liberated vision. My goal is for each of you listening, to find joy in your authentic self and create your own code to living a liberated life.
