  • The Christmas House in St. John's won't be opening its doors this holiday season -- in part, because of an ongoing legal dispute with the city

    The owners of the The Christmas House in St. John's were taken to court two years ago, for operating without a permit. That case was thrown out, and the city has since appealed that decision. In the studio this morning we were joined by Ivy Hanley, the owner of The Christmas House. She also runs Urban Market 1919 on Lemarchant Road.
