  • The Science of Selling: Insights and Strategies from Cappi Pidwel Meet the Masters: Cappi Pidwell

Our next guest is Cappi Pidwell. I first got to know Cappi many years ago when a colleague of mine, the then senior sales director, recommended her. They had attended one of Cappi's sales workshops and suggested I do the same. I did and learned so many practical and insightful tips from Cappi.

Over the next few years, I had the privilege of collaborating with her on several projects. I hosted several of her sales training events and recorded a podcast series with her where we both shared our insights on sales and human behavior. Cappi is an extremely busy woman, but I managed to find a few minutes for a phone conversation with her.

During this short interview, Cappi explains:

    •  The biggest sales mistake many people make
    •  Her unique perspective on "sales as a service"
    •  Why so many salespeople ask themselves the wrong questions - and what the right questions are
    •  What she considers to be her 'mission' in life. You might be surprised
    •  Her poignant insights into human behaviour - so true and succinctly stated
    •  Her belief system and how it empowers her in her career
    •  And so much more
