Graduate of Salem University in Salem, WV, May 1976 with a Bachelors in Business Administration, Mike has his Masters in Education from Walden University in January of 2007.

He spent 8 years in Fashion in a sales and buying position, 20 years as a Reinsurance Recruiter working for some of the largest recruiting operations in the US as well as owning his own business.

9/11 changed his world when I lost 30% of my business with the terror attacks on the World Trade Center in NY.

He then went into education as a substitute teacher and then became the Business Department Chair at La Salle in 2012 where he built the most unique business program in the world at the high school level.
