Liza also discusses her other ghostly encounters at a medical clinic and a paranormal experience she had that had her floating up to the sky, was she being abducted or was it an out of body experience?

Dez Raven has suffured from terrifying sleep paralysis since she was a teenager. Here she recounts the scariest time she was trapped in paralysis and The Hag came into her room to pluck out her heart.

Around the same time frame she had been hearing UFO sounds nightly and had many dreams of aliens invading her home.. But were these really dreams or were they memories? Is it all connected? No probing was invloved in the making of this podcast.
