Dr. Beatty’s deep understanding of executive and board-level roles enables her to guide leaders in more effectively navigating the unique challenges of their positions.

Her beauty industry clients include Estee Lauder and Its subsidiaries and Bloomingdales, to name a few. She implemented their vision of a collaborative culture, managed the company’s strategic direction and financial welfare, and oversaw CEO-level initiatives, including CEO succession planning, assessment and performance evaluation, team-building, and coaching.

Dr. Beatty earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Psychology from St. Louis University. Her area of research interest is the correlation of personality attributes to effective leadership style and management practices.
