    At the age of just six Nancy Goudie felt the powerful presence of God to the point she was unable to move. She became a Christian and later with her husband Ray set up the band Heartbeat which had mainstream, international and TV success appearing on BBC1's Top of the Pops in the 1980s. As the founder and singer, Goudie describes it as a 'vehicle' helping thousands to draw closer to God. Trust in God is a cornerstone of Goudie's faith in a life which has witnessed miracles and heartache. She now runs the creative ministry NGM in the South West of England where she using art, music and sometimes cream teas to evangelise. In this episode she sat down with Jemimah Wright, Deputy Editor of Woman Alive magazine to discuss her life, music and ministry, the death of her husband and the faithfulness of God.     The Rt Revd Dr Guli Francis-Dehqani has been Bishop of Chelmsford for nearly 4 years. As a woman, she's one of 18 female bishops in the Church of England out of 42 in total. She was born in Iran in the sixties and it was her early life and experiences which shaped who she is today, a church leader who speaks out with a nuanced voice against injustice for refugees as well as those who feel marginalised within their own communities. Her father was a Christian convert from Islam and she grew up in a distinct Persian Church lead by the missionary movement which is still very close to her heart. In this far-ranging interview with Assistant Editor Emma Fowle we hear her position on a range of issues including the future of the Lords Spiritual, doubt, the Middle East conflict, her training as a musician and what eventually lead her to ordination.     According to the actor turned agent Femi Oguns it was God who told him to take his talents behind the screen. At 26-years-old Oguns had a great career. He had played the lead alongside Helen Mirren in the 90's hit Prime Suspect and just starred in a film alongside Dustin Hoffman. Then God told him to he had different plans, according to Oguns it was 'hard to take at the time'. But he listened and in 2003 began the Identity School of Acting - the UK’s first ever BAME focussed drama school aiming to correct the lack of diversity he felt when he was training as a young actor. Now he's a prominent British agent representing talent like Letitia Wright and John Boyega. They released their major album The Beautiful Letdown with hits including 'Meant to Live' and 'Dare you to Move' exploring faith and philosophy. But the band has always questioned the 'Christian' musical label once telling Rolling Stone magazine "We're Christian by faith, not genre."
