Marcella shares her experience with therapy and how she had to change her mindset and challenge the stigmas to give it another chance after a failed attempt. She discusses being matched with the wrong therapist and how she quit "cold turkey" because she didn't feel like she was benefitting anymore. She reflects on another time in her life where she went through a breakup and experienced multiple deaths within a 2 week time frame. She now advocates for mental wellness and shares her stories to encourage others to give therapy a try.
