    Adrian Nolasco grew up in La Puente, Ca, but lives in Colorado Springs with his beautiful wife and two sons. He graduated from Grand Canyon University with a B.S. in Psychology and is completing his MBA with an emphasis in Human Resource Management at Louisiana State University Shreveport. A buy and hold real estate investor, Adrian has properties in Kansas, Colorado, and California. Utilizing the BRRRR method (buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat) and describes a strategy and framework used by investors who wish to build passive income over time.his real estate company plans to add rental properties in Ohio, Illinois, and Arizona in the next couple of years. When he is not dealing with real estate Adrian can be found enjoying all things Notre Dame and hanging out with his family.
