  • Are you aware enough?
    Oct 22 2024

What does it truly mean to be aware of ADHD and neurodiversity beyond just one designated month? In this episode, I share my thoughts on ADHD Awareness Month—what it aims to achieve, the complexities around it, and why 'awareness' is both essential and potentially limited. Do we need it? Of course, but there’s more to consider. Let's unpack the layers of awareness and challenge the way we think about ADHD advocacy, not just in October, but all year round. Join me as I dive into these questions and explore a different perspective on awareness.
