I was talking to a man in a relationship recovery support group and we had a conversation about his value and the value of the women he was dating. I used fabric choices as a comparison, but really, its about understanding who you are and how you want to be treated. Learn that you are silk and not polyester. Treat yourself like silk, treat others like silk and when they do not do the same, walk away. Its OK. Within in 7 billion people, you will find the ones that see you as you do, as silk.
