  • LIFE AFTER HOCKEY PODCAST - EPISODE 12 - BRANDON CULLEN & KIRK DEWAELE Brandon Cullen was born in St. Catharines, Ontario & played in the OHL with the Oshawa Generals & Erie Otters before going on to a 4-year professional career playing with the Hartford Wolfpack of the AHL & the Charlotte Checkers in the ECHL.  Kirk Dewaele was born in Calgary, Alberta & played in the WHL with the Lethbridge Hurricanes, Calgary Hitmen, Medicine Hat Tigers, Edmonton Ice & Spokane Chiefs. He was drafted by the New York Islanders in the 1994 NHL Entry Draft & went on to play with the Tallahassee Tiger Sharks, Pensacola Ice Pilots, Charlotte Checkers & Fresno Falcons in the ECHL & WCHL. He also played in the EIHL with the Sheffield Steelers & Cardiff Devils.  After retiring, the former teammates co-foundered the MADabolic fitness training facilities.
