Happy New Year! We start 2025 by going back to fantasy. In Bloodguard by Cecy Robson, we are thrusted into a world where Leith must survive as a gladiator to provide for his sisters. Thankfully, he's caught the eye of Princess Maeve who decides to sponsor him. We stop at chapter 35 where we are unsure if Leith will be able to compete to finally become a Bloodgaurd and if Maeve's plan to secure her birthright is still possible.
