But the real question is how does one actually channel?

How do you know that you are actually channeling? That it’s not just you talking to yourself? If you've ever had a flash of insight or an intuition about something that turned out to be correct, how do you know where that came from? Was it merely a voice in your head? Or were you tuned into something greater than yourself?

When you understand the nature of consciousness, then you can answer your own questions by becoming aware of the universality of conscious awareness.
