In this episode we discuss pedestal goals. This could be a reason why you're not hitting certain goals, feeling stuck, and self sabotaging your own success. 

What's your biggest goal that you've yet to achieve?

What feelings come up when you think of that goal?

1. Shift your perspective. Make the goal eye level. 

2. Focus on the "now" and daily activities that are achievable for you today.

3. Establish trust with yourself. Do what you say you're gonna do with smaller goals and celebrate the small wins.

If you don't change your approach to the goal and take it off a pedestal, it will forever feel out of reach.

Reflection:

Do you feel in control of your life?

Do you have a clear purpose & mission?

Do you feel like life is happening for you or to you?

Do you feel you deserve to be the main character in your life?

Remember your core values. What is important to you. What makes you happy? Close your eyes. Go for a walk. Really take the time to think about this. It’s okay if your answers have changes. Evolving is an important part of main character energy. 

In order to be the main character in your life, you need to live with purpose and set boundaries. If at any point you aren't happy with the way it's going, call a plot twist!

Today’s guest is Bianca Lynn Abreu and as we speak this 25 year is celebrating her birthday traveling Europe, on the beach of Ibizia spain, with her two business besties all while getting paid. How did every 20 something year olds dream become her reality? It all started 9 Months ago when she said YES to picking up a side hustle. Bianca was starting her last year her interior designs masters program when she decided to partner with a luxury hair company. What she thought would be a nice extra $500 a month turned into a fully paid Cadillac, all expense paid trip to Las Vegas, 3 shares in a billion dollar company and 10k months all by the time she graduated in May. In this episode Bianca talks about how she stayed motivated, pushed those who doubted her, and ultimately built her 6 figure shampoo empire.
