  • EP 66 - Is That Really Settling?
    Sep 7 2021

Everyone has their standards or dating preferences. When it comes to dating someone with kids some prefer not to while others have no issue with it. The controversy surrounding the topic comes into play when people say that dating someone with kids when you don't have any is "settling". Is it really though??

This week Stef and Nia tackle the topic through a fun and insightful discussion. Tune in and be sure to share your experiences as either a single parent dating or someone single without kids dating a single parent. We'd love to hear your thoughts on the topic.

  • EP 65 - Chicks Before D!@ks
    Aug 31 2021

This week, Nia and Stefany talk all about.... you guessed it,  Girl Code!!

Why does it seem like the fellas have each other's back way better than the ladies do? So of you ladies are so quick to sell each other out, or get catty, when we should be looking out for one another. Believe me, we know that there are levels to friendships and loyalty, but there are also some very basic  unspoken rules that we all know and stick to.

Some of you may be asking, what is "Girl Code" and how does it even work? When does it apply? If you don't know then you definitely need to tune in to this weeks episode and hear the girls brake it all down.

  • EP 64 - Aye B*tch You Good?
    Aug 24 2021

This week Stef and Nia do some deep self reflection as they discuss self love/care and mental health.

Today it is common for everyone to be "good" and for people to act like they don't care when they really do but we feel in order to be real with others, you have to be real with yourself first.  Same goes for loving yourself before loving someone else. This requires you to have some sometimes uncomfortable discussions. "Aye B*tch you good?" is a question we think we all should ask ourselves from time to time.

Tune in and hear what the girls had to say on the matter as they both discuss their experiences.

If you or anyone you know has feelings of self harm call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (Lifeline) at 1-800-273-TALK (8255), or text the Crisis Text Line (text HELLO to 741741). Both services are free and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All calls are confidential.
