    Now onto today’s episode: I am raising my vibrational frequency.

    This week I want us to think about raising our vibrational frequency. Actually putting in some effort to be more high vibe.

    Way we can do this is by practicing gratitude.. Each day start with even the thought, I am grateful for this day and when going to sleep write 3 things you are grateful for. Building on that what does your morning routine look like- is it kind of chaotic rushing around, or is it slow and intentional. Once you're able to sit down do you jump right into email, or do you take a few moments for yourself to meditate, journal and or dream?

    Starting our day from a calm space, helps us carry that energy to the rest of our day….

    Something else to think about, what are you allowing to flow your way, weather its the news, social media, gossip, etc.. think about all that content that we are exposed too… is it high vibe or low vibe? Do you take the time to listen to maybe some calming music, or positive podcasts like this one each day. Choose what enters your subconscious wisely and with intention.

    Other ways we can raise our vibrational frequency are Acts of kindness, self care and surrounding ourselves with positive community members, family and friends.

    When thinking about acts of kindness it can be letting the person go at the stop sign, giving a compliment or holding the door for someone.

    Self care is self explanatory, but not enough of use put it first. It’s time to really dive into what self care means to you and really commit yourself to taking care of you.

    So this week's journaling exercise is each morning write yourself a positive daily intention of affirmation and each night write 3 things you are grateful for that day.

    Now on to today's meditation.

    Take a moment to settle in and release any tension in your body.. Your neck, your shoulders, your back and hips, your legs, ankles, arms, wrists, fingers and toes, Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead and take a deep breath in and out

    I am grateful for each day. I am grateful to be alive. I am grateful for all the tangible things I have in my life. I am grateful for my friends and family.

    Breathe in and out..

    I am able to approach each day with love, peace and gratitude, doing so raises my vibrational frequency, allowing space for me to thrive with ease and joy.

    I am taking the inspired action steps that are right for me to be the person I am meant to be and live the life of my dreams.

    I am calm

    I am at peace

    I manifest with ease

    I am kind

    I am considerate

    I am practicing living in the moment

    Take the next few moments to visualize yourself stepping into your higher self. Radiating peace, love and joy. Letting go of fear and overwhelm, letting go of burnout. Seeyourself making the best of each day to take you closer to your dream life. See yourself and how you raise your own vibrational frequency. The more positive energy you put out into the world, the more you will receive back to you.

    Bring yourself back to your breath

    I am breathing in love

    I am breathing out love

    I am breathing in peace

    I am breathing out peace

    I am breathing in gratitude

    I am breathing out gratitude.
