    Ryan Jones Biography

When you are brave enough to put everything on the line and go into business for yourself, you

deserve credible and authentic business coaching. You need to know your coach gets why you wake

up at 3am and your head fills with thoughts in seconds, preventing you from sleeping. You need to

know when there’s not enough money in the bank, what it feels like to take challenging decisions,

not pay yourself, or explain to your partner/family why there is no money right now to pay the bills.

I set up my first business in 2010 building annual revenues of over £350k within 2 years before

successfully selling my business to a competitor. During my unprecedented rollercoaster of a first

business I was astounded at the poor credibility and experience behind so many coaches who

    claimed they could help me.

Most were from corporate backgrounds, waving corporate books on how to run a business. Few

could demonstrate any evidence of owning a business, or being in a position where they had risked

everything to build a business from scratch.

This fuelled what is now my absolute passion, utilising 30 years of serving small business owners to

help, support and mentor outstanding small business success.

In my employed career I regularly supported over 300 small businesses each year as an essential

strategic supplier, fundamental in helping them achieve their annual revenue goals.

I have started three of my own businesses, from scratch. No brand, little funding, and the constant

challenge of supporting a family with three children.

My passion is for the start up and the small business owner, specifically businesses with 1-10 people.

My expertise? Strategy and planning. Getting company owners from A to B, where they are today (A)

to where they must be 1, 3, 5 years from now (B).

For over 20 years I have successfully designed and delivered strategies for employers, my own

businesses, and some amazing small business clients. Between 2016 and 2019 I helped over 20 new

HR businesses set up, coaching them through their first year in business. Of the 20, 19 are still

    flourishing today.

I love to learn myself. If I do not learn something new every day, I feel disappointed.

In 2020 I decided to combined all my experience, everything I had and continued to learn, and write

a brand new strategy and planning program called “Creating Revenue”. Five exciting business

owners invested in the Beta program. One went on to grow his business from a pre-program annual

turnover of £500k, to achieve just shy of £2m turnover in 2022.

Another who invested in the program transformed from a health café, to now mastering several

income streams including a retail shop, e-commerce, on-line courses, speaking at events and

publishing her first book. This first book has now resulted in securing a publishing contract for a

second book with the global publisher “Penguin”.

My vision is to build a global community for small business owners, drive success, empowering

millions to achieve their dreams. That’s why I love the Dream Team Academy and am 100% here for

    you, the members.
