    I’m not safe.
    I’ve never been safe.
I’m never going to be safe.
It’s not possible for me to be safe.
I don’t even know what safe feels like.

Can you relate to any of the above statements ?

Do you find that you always have to be on high alert because if you aren’t then danger will surely come?

You might be perceiving danger by expecting the worst, worried about what might happen in the future, and living with anxiety or chronic stress.

Trauma is the inability to deal with a safe moment, a safe system. When we are traumatized our alertness to danger becomes enhanced.

‘I am not safe’ needs to be revisited and a deep enough inquiry to examine the truth must happen.

A new message needs to be sent to the nervous system so that it knows it’s safe.

When the nervous system knows it’s safe it can break down the walls, it can lower resistance. It can allow you to revisit assumptions. With new perception a new level of safety can be achieved.

Safety is experienced when we are in harmony with our Soul.
