    2. Raise your eyebrows, smile huge, read aloud what you are going to do once you receive your first object of desire while listening to your next favorite top three song
    3. Raise your eyebrows, smile huge, jump up on your indoor trampoline, listen to your third top three song, look at the image of your description related to your success, and visualize you already have this.
    4. Take Action! Go do something about it.

    Do this process for 5 days on / 2 days off for four weeks in a row, and then pause for two full weeks before starting this process again.
