    In this episode, we interview Mike's dad, Bill Caldwell. Bill is an awesome man, husband, father, and grandfather. He is kind and incredibly hard working. Throughout his time as a father, he made it a point to work hard to provide for his family, while at the same time, valuing time with his wife and children. Bill is intentional about showing up and being present in the lives of his children and grand children. In the episode, he shares his story of growing up and working construction with his father. He let's us into what it was like to begin working at a young age and how his parents instilled the value of hard work into him, and how he was able to pass that on to Michael and his brothers.
