USAID is being dismantled, and that's a loss for the world aid the US provides, not to mention domestically the damage, but we want a more efficient government and avoid fraud and waste as President Trump stated today in a press conference with the Prime Minister of Japan. Bird flu spreads to cows -- first birds now species jump to cows -- hopefully it stops there.
