The Attracting Lasting Love Podcast: Mindful Wisdom and Relationship Insights on How to Find Your Life Partner and Soulmate

By: Roy Biancalana
  • Summary

  • If you're single and seeking a healthy, sustainable, intimate relationship, yet frustrated with today’s dating scene, you’ve found the right podcast. After going through a divorce, a soul-crushing break-up with his fiancée and a bunch of online drama, Roy Biancalana, our host, went on a journey to learn how to “attract lasting love.” His journey resulted in him becoming a certified relationship coach, the author of three #1 best-selling books, and the creator of this unique podcast. This podcast skips all the games, gimmicks, and goofiness that you’re probably sick of, and instead offers mindful, conscious wisdom on how to create a meaningful, lasting relationship. Here you’ll learn about limiting beliefs, relationship personas, cognitive-emotional patterns, personality blind spots, childhood conditioning—in other words, the REAL issues that sabotage your love life and keep you single. If you're interested in personal growth, putting an end to disappointing patterns, and learning how to attract and create a healthy, sustainable, intimate connection, then a great place to start is to listen to one of our most popular episodes, Episode #138, “Relationship Basic Training: The Basics of Getting Connected.” Enjoy!

  • 193 Crazy Consciousness: 5 Reasons to Reject Conscious Relationship Perspectives, Pt. 1: A Crazy View of Feelings
    Nov 18 2024

The Attracting Lasting Love Podcast is all about relating consciously and mindfully, and although that sounds good on the surface, it’s actually a crazy way to live and love.

Even though mindful wisdom delivers better results, you need to know what you’re getting into if you’re seeking a conscious relationship. So, this series explores 5 reasons you might want to reject the conscious perspective and stick with conventional wisdom.

The first radical relationship perspective is about dealing with feelings, especially hurt feelings. How do we handle ours or someone else’s? Who’s responsible for hurt feelings and what do we do about them? Understanding this radical perspective might cause you to reevaluate your interest in mindful relationships.

This is a very relevant issue, so don’t miss this episode.

  • 192 Understanding the Relationship Life Cycle, Pt. 3: The Selling Phase
    Nov 11 2024

In this current podcast series, I’ve been using the analogy that an intimate relationship is a lot like owning a car.

There are 3 major phases when owning a car. There’s the purchase phase, the maintenance phase and the selling phase. If you want a good experience with a car, you need to know how to navigate each of those phases, right?

It’s the same with a relationship. There’s the “purchase phase” (meeting, dating and committing), there’s the “maintenance phase” (keeping the relationship running smoothly) and there’s the “selling phase,” (it’s a lemon, it doesn’t run anymore, time to take the bus.)

Every intimate relationship goes through these phases and it’s important that we know how to navigate each of them—and that’s what this 3-part podcast series is all about.

In this episode, the “ditching phase” is explored. Every relationship ends, sometimes a person passes away (if that’s happened to you, I hope you don’t take offence at my attempt at humor by using “ditch), but other times you discover you “bought a lemon” and it’s time to ditch the thing. As crass as that sounds, we need to talk about when to end a relationship and how to do it consciously.

Don’t miss this playful, insightful episode.
