Well done, loved it!
This was enjoyable and insightful at the same time. Love her voice in the podcast as well as everything she had to say. I will start "showing up for myself" more often, and taking those values of mine very seriously.

Inspired
We listened to this gem as a family during a number of longer car journeys and no matter the age or personality profile of the listener, we all benefited- the kids excited to listen to the next step as they headed for the car.
Learning to love yourself, be kind to yourself, reduce stress and negative self talk is valuable at all life stages and it was an unexpected plus to see the kids walk a bit taller after each of those car trips!
Couldn’t speak highly enough of this audio book.

If Only …
Had it not been for the “client” speakers at the end of the episodes, I would have been happy to continue with the series.
By the end of listening to the first few episodes, I was completely put off by the exaggerated expressions and emotions conveyed in their voices.
I don’t know if my irritation was perhaps itself, over the top, nor do I know if the experiences were in fact real and only voiced by actors, but unfortunately for me, it just took away my overall interest in the content.
On the face of it, having people act as participants in the 8-step course makes me distrust the review they are giving and as such, distrust the overall course/podcast.
On the other hand however, the author/main speaker was fine and sounded trustworthy; she was neither monotone nor over the top and she kept me interested right up until I just couldn’t bear listening another moment to the “client” experience that I was up to.
