Cole has just completed his ninja training and visits his old war buddy, Frank, helping him to fight off the thugs Mr. Venarius keeps sending in an effort to bully Frank off his valuable land. Venarius tries to counter by hiring ninja Hasegawa, who despises Cole for becoming a Caucasian ninja, bucking Japanese tradition.
