  • ¿Cómo está estructurada la Iglesia peregrinante? No se trata de un conjunto de personas que se reunieron y posteriormente se dieron a sí mismas una estructura. Ni una comunidad de lazos invisibles que con el tiempo ha ido adquiriendo una cierta organización. Es a la vez una comunidad y una estructura social o institución, ambas dimensiones de origen divino, para introducir a los hombres en la comunión con Dios y entre sí.


    La estructura de la Iglesia, como veremos, está encarnada en las personas mismas «convocadas» por Cristo en el Espíritu Santo por la fe y los sacramentos. Sobre todo los sacramentos del bautismo y orden (y los carismas) estructuran o sitúan a las personas en su posición eclesial.
