She is the founder and head coach at Tone and Strengthen. She holds a Masters in Exercise Science from Concordia University. She has earned multiple credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine @nasm_fitness , Athletics and Fitness Association of America @afaa_certified , and other NCCA accredited fitness associations. She is a Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach. She is Yoga Alliance Certified RYT 200, yoga instructor. Aesha believes that living a life full of vitality requires a connection between mind, body, and soul. Aesha is a Master Instructor for @maddoggathletics , Spinning® program. She has certified many fitness enthusiasts as @spinninghq instructors. She is a Marathon runner and youth running club coach. She loves working with kids and adults. Aesha blends her knowledge and desire for running with her joy of coaching young runners. She is a public speaker and an author who likes sharing her knowledge and experiences with others.
